The Saul Collection was born in Guerrero, Mexico. All Nahlo, along with Saul, have employed over 16 people from Saul’s village. Together, we hold workshops where we teach Saul’s craft to unemployed locals in his village, and help them learn a profitable skill. The men routinely find work outside of the village during the week and return on the weekends, leaving the women to care for things at home. Therefore the majority of people working with us are women, giving them the chance to have a profession and help provide for their families. Every product this incredible team makes is made of 100% eco cotton, hard work, and lots and lots of love.
Each piece is named after one of the talented artisans that makes up The Saul Collection. We honor them for their spirit, hard work, and their openness to change to better their community's lifestyle.
